Declutter Santa

It’s that time of the year, the bells, the christmas trees! It’s time to declutter! 

Declutter Santa is a physical game about giving and recieving gifts, but wiht a twist! All the gifts are things people already had laying around. Like this we avoid making more clutter in our homes! You can free some space and get one new thing as well!

HOW TO PLAY!

1. Take one card for each friend you’re playing with. So if it’s you and three extra friends, then take three cards.
2. Give one of your cards to each person based on that person’s personality and what you think they’re gonna like. Pass the card face down on the table so they don’t know who gave them what. 
3. Once everyone has received gifts from everyone, turn them face up so everyone can see it.
4. Now each person will write down on the provided sheet the name of each player and which gift they think that person liked the best. So for instance if Sophia got a gameboy, a rubber duck and a fancy book, try to guess which one was her favorite! On your own name, write the gift you got that you liked the best
5. Once everyone is done writing each person will reveal their favorite gift.

HOW TO WIN?

If you gave that person the favorite gift take a golden gift card.

If you guessed a gift right, take a regular gift card!

A golden gift card is worth 2 points, and the regular gift card is worth 1 point. Sum them all up and  you’ll have your final score! Whoever got most points wins!

LET’S DECLUTTER!

If you liked the concept of giving gifts from things you have around the house, you can totally do a declutter santa with your friends! Grab some items that are in good condition that you planned to throw away and trade it with your friends!

THE FILES

Cards.pdf - These are the main cards used in the game with the diferent gifts. We recommend these cards be printed in a thicker paper for better results. Should be printed front and back.

Giftcards.pdf - These are the gift cards that are used to count points in the game. We recommend these cards be printed in a thicker paper for better results. Should be printed front and back.

Instructions and paper.pdf - This contains a small set of foldable instructions alongside paper that should be used to write your friends and your name in when guessing gifts. These can be printed front and back in regular printer paper.

This game was made for Trijam277. I unfortunately haven't managed to complete it in 3 hours, but we are encouraged to upload our work anyways. I took 4 hours on mine.
